Why I Started The Conference:
Providers across the country are in panic mode. Occupancy is declining, people are drastically cutting rates, executives are putting tremendous pressure on their sales departments to get results & they in turn are paralyzed by fear because they simply are not equipped to sell in this changed environment. The goal of this conference is to have a format where people can come from all over the country, spend two days in intense, hands-on training, & get the systems needed to go back to their communities & fill them to capacity. It is imperative that Companies invest in educating their Marketing Directors & Administrators. Those who do so will thrive; those who don’t will continue to see sales decline, Marketing staff turnover, & a loss of market share. I cannot stress enough how important this two day event is.
